"Why Sleep Coaching?"

Quick fixes such as the usage of melatonin, sleep medications, and other substances or sleep aids (music, sounds, gadgets, apps, etc.) mainly only mask the problem. In so doing they do not represent long-term solutions. Even worse - they create a dependency, making you gradually unable to sleep normally without them. ​

Sleep Coaching is based on Behavioral and Mental Techniques aimed to improve your Skill of Sleeping and Waking up. Once learned, they will remain with you forever.

"How Fast will I Improve My Sleep with Sleep Coaching?"

The first sleep improvements are already noticeable at the end of the first three weeks in the case of active course participation. Major improvements are usually seen after four weeks. The average timeframe in which our participants achieve desired goals from the online course takes 6 weeks (+/- 2 weeks). However, this number can vary as it depends on factors connected with the participant’s approach to the course (ie. regularity, seriousness, diligence, discipline, persistency, etc), idiosyncrasies (e.g. severity of existing sleep problems, general psychophysiological state, comorbid medical disorders, age, health, lifestyle, etc.), the surrounding environment and the cause of insomnia being in other, not psychophysiological sleep disorders.

The course is not intended for the following individuals: children and teenagers, young families, elderly, women during pregnancy, and persons with the following conditions: circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, breathing-related sleep disorders, parasomnias, and medication-induced sleep disorders.
