Requirements for Success
Your willingness and flexibility to change your behaviors and thoughts are the only two conditions.
To achieve the goals of the Coaching you will need to invest 1 hour of your time per week plus a few minutes of your time before and after your bedtime. And that's it!
If you will follow the program consistently you will start to notice tangible improvements in your sleep after 3-5 weeks.
The program continues until you achieve your desired level of sleep improvement.
Can Sleep Coaching Help You?
Regardless of which module (area) of sleep you are looking to improve, the course will help anyone who can positively answer the following question:
Do you remember a time in your past when you were able to sleep without problems?
If you can remember it (perhaps when you were a child?) or even just confirm that there was such time, then this course will most likely be able to help you.

#1: Online Course. It is perfect for anyone who is addressing sleep-related problems for the first time or has only tried certain approaches without noticeable success. It is the recommended starting point for everyone.
#2: 1-on-1 Coaching. Flexible solution that can take less time since it is tailor-made just for you. The downside is its higher price compared to an online course.

Over the years I noticed how many friends struggle with sleep. This was an obvious contrast to me since I did not have any trouble with when and especially how fast I could fall asleep. Everyone thought I was natural, but I knew this was just a simple technique that I created as a kid and perfected since. The method is very systematic and once practiced correctly, simple to use for anyone. I decided to help them out, taught it to a selected few friends and their sleep improved significantly.
